This is version 4 of The Royal North Devon Golf Club website completed by us over about the last 15 years.
We are immensely proud of our association with the oldest golf course in England, so much so we have to go down to the club a lot to make sure it is all ok!
Now integrated with The "Intelligent Golf" members system the members and visitors can easily access all the information they need from a simple menu system. The site is split so that Visitors and Members alike know where to go - It has to be easy and simple.
The website has one of the best webcams on a golf course anywhere in the world which we assisted with setting up, users are able to move the camera around and zoom in all the way to the 18th tee and beyond! Please ask for more information if required.
The Club website has an integrated blogging system that the club and the Professional use to inform the members about club news, this is a really simple process which automatically sends out an email to subscribers and includes an image and "teaser" text to get the viewer to open the blog and go to the website.
The website is optimised for specific keywords including "Devon Golf" for which the club usually ranks at number 1 on Google.

John Vigar is a broadcaster and lecturer specialising in Ecclesiology, the study of Church architecture.
John had a website but it wasn't doing the job for him, mostly in that it was a complicated Wordpress setup which he wasnt in complete control of and it wasnt ranking very well in Google either.
So simplicity was the key and that is what we have, a great result that John is really pleased with.
The site shows off his images really well and there are a number of Youtube tours and lectures contained in the site, with plenty of room for more as they come along.

Richard Toomer found us on the Google search engine only a little while ago. We had an initial chat about what he wanted to achieve from a website and within a very short time he was up and running.
Richard is a very talented musician based in South Devon. The only slight hold up on the website build was he was away in London playing violin at The Proms!
Richard gave us some idea about his likes and dislikes in a website and provided us with lots of imagery of him playing violin and piano and also involved in his Rock Choir and The Exe Valley String Quartet.
The plan is for this website to rank well for search terms like "Musician Devon" so that there should be more bookings for weddings and corporate events, parties etc.
Richard has already made a promising start on the site blog too. Within just a few days the blog hits are up in the hundreds. The first one that announced the new site has had over 800 hits in less than a week, these are all people that have come from Facebook where the blog was posted and instead of just reading a Facebook post to say that there is a new website they have actually gone to the site to check it out.
A Blog is VERY effective when used in conjunction with Social Media - we will show you how to do this, it is almost as simple as writing a letter!

A stunning apartment on the sea front at Westward Ho!
This really is in an amazing location, very sought after as a rental property and the owners were paying a fortune to agents in commission for every booking.
So they came to us to create a new website from scratch with booking capabilities. That sounds simple enough doesn't it?!
This did turn out to be a very complex booking system but we cracked it after a short delay. The specifics of the booking arrangements were the issue here but they are not unreasonable requests at all so using the best bookings software available ( Jomres ) and quite a few customisations we now have a very functional and easy to run website.
No longer will the owner be paying huge commissions to the booking company.
