We have a fantastic affilliation with The CDI College in Winnipeg, Canada where we regularly run competitions for the graphic design students. We give them your design thoughts and requirements, if you have any, and within a few days you will receive the ideas of a number of graphic design artists, not just one.
Of course if none of the designs appeal to you then they can go back to the drawing board or we can help you look elsewhere. If we get a "winner" then you will pay a small but well earnt reward fee to the winning student and they will of course use your website and brand on their CV - so everyone wins!
