This site already existed having been built from a massive online shopping system and was working to a point. The main issue was that people were not finding the site through the search engines. There were other management issues too but these have now all been overcome with a great new site using tried and trusted Content Management Tools that mean the owner can totally take ownership of the site and manage the whole thing going forward.
The site has multiple ways for the user to find the product they are looking for and is fully optimised for the Search engines to find, within a few days orders are coming in on a daily basis, at times two or three a day already.
The site is built using Joomla CMS, with the Virtuemart shopping system. We also installed invaluable components like "Advanced Inventory Manager" which allows the shop owner to see all of the products on one page while they are able to adjust prices, stock levels and all sorts of other factors with the click of a mouse.
We always use the Artio VM Invoicing system which again is tried and trusted, creating superb clean invoices that are sent out from the website when payment is completed, and also when the product is shipped. All along showing your customers that you are a professional and reliable business.
As in all our shops we use the "One Page Checkout" system so that with 1 click the user is inserting their payment details - massively reducing shopping carts not finalised.
Visit the Tufftoys4dogs website to see how the system works and if you have a dog in need of a mighty chew toy then this is the place to go shopping!
Two Ecommerce shops launched within a week of each other - busy times!
Welcome to MOR Gifts and Interiors, a new brand from Matt Roberts of Lynmouth, North Devon. Matt has an amazing shop on the seafront at Lynmouth and tells us that holidaymakers particularly, are often asking him to post items home for them as well as asking for specific colours and sizes of his Gifts and Interior designs.
He came to us a short while ago with very specific likes and dislikes in a website, he was very worried that he was being too fussy but it really does help us to be shown all the things you like and importantly don't like in a website! Don't worry we will figure out what works best for you.
It didn't take long to come up with this design for Matt.
Mostly these days your viewers are coming from mobile devices, so the site has to look great, load fast and enable them to buy easily so the emphasis is on the various mobile views from different shape devices.
There are lots of ways to make sure the user can find the category they are interested in or for them to browse all of them.
As with all of our web shops we have specific components that work really well with the Joomla/Virtuemart system. Invoicing and simple item editing are all included and the website is setup so that it will have the best chance being found by Google.

Ocean Mist Window Cleaning Services had a self built website which was functional but not ranking at all and consequently was working like a business card - you need customers to find you not the other way around.
We have created for them a simple but effective website which will in not too long rank on page 1 of Google for a search of "window cleaning barnstaple" which is the most profitable keyword for them.
Nice bright clear images and a video of Richard at work will keep the user on the page long enough to see the contact section which is on every page.
They are using the new blog well too. An interesting idea is that if your business content is not very exciting then why not promote your customers through a blog on your own website? This is obviously looked on favourably by their customers and enables them to share social media posts with their own website links on them all over the internet!
You can subscribe to their blog from the Subscribe buttons on most pages.

Amanda came to us through a recommendation.
She will not mind me saying she didn't really have a clue where to start with a website she just knew she needed one along with Social media accounts and to have it all interlinking and just working!
It is always a pleasure to help someone in this situation who we can see grow from obscurity to looking professional and reliable which is what we all strive to do.
We now know lots about "Mindfulness" and just reading through the website and looking at the images already starts the process to make you feel relaxed and to think about your own well-being.
All the images in the website are royalty free "stock" images that we were able to point Amanda to so that reduced her costs and her wonderful logo was designed by a very talented designer called Ronald Remolacio who is part of our connection with an Art College in Manitoba, Canada.
Please have a look around Mindfulness Life and let us know what you think, if you are after a website along these lines we can help!
